Product manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the distillery including fermentation, distillation, and blending processes. Plan and monitor production schedules to meet monthly and annual output targets. Ensure adherence to quality control, hygiene, and safety standards throughout production. Monitor raw material (molasses/grain, yeast, enzymes, etc.) usage and coordinate with procurement. Supervise the distillation plant and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment malfunctions. Implement process improvements for yield optimization and energy efficiency. Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment. Maintain and analyze production data, yield reports, and efficiency parameters. Ensure compliance with excise, pollution control, and other statutory requirements. Lead, train, and motivate the production workforce to maintain high performance and discipline. Collaborate with Quality Control, Utilities, and Warehouse departments for smooth operations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹75, ₹80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
