Desirable- MD Pediatrics/Community Medicine with MPH from a premier university.Salary: Commensurate with experience.Job Description:-Overall program management.-Program planning and development of a comprehensive implementation strategies aligned with the program goals and objectives-Execution of the designed implementation strategies within timelines and budgets-Program monitoring and evaluation-Stakeholder engagement to foster collaboration and partnerships-Staff management as per the requirement of the project and organizational policies-Timely review of program data, conduct analysis to measure progress towards goals and prepare reportsSkills and experience:-Candidates with prior experience of at least 3 years of working with the government health systems, familiar with government programs, knowledge and good understanding of national health programs-Exposure to health research in the domain of maternal and newborn health-Expert level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint-Good communication, writing and presentation skills; effective interaction ability with government officials.-Peer reviewed publications – desirableInterested candidates may apply on careers@ with the subject line as “Application for the position of Senior Coordinator”.
