Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Job Centre Manager, located in Dumka. The Job Centre Manager will oversee the daily operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with healthcare professionals, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling administrative tasks. The manager will also be responsible for implementing policies, monitoring performance, and facilitating continuous improvement in service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in diagnostic or radiology centers Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and staff A bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field Experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives is a plus
