Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative powerhouse for our internal team . The ideal candidate is astrategic thinker who understands the pulse of digital culture and can create work thatresonates in a crowded feed. As a Copy Supervisor, you will move beyond just writingheadlines, focusing on building comprehensive narrative ecosystems for our brandsacross digital and social platforms.Key Responsibilities● Conceptual Leadership: Lead the conceptualization of innovative, 'thumb-stopping'social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand love.● Social Media Mastery: Write and oversee high-quality copy for all social platforms(Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.), ensuring content is native to platform behavior.● Strategic Thinking: Translate complex creative briefs into effective communicationstrategies that solve client business problems.● Team Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of junior and mid-level copywriters,ensuring high standards of grammar, tone, and creative flair.● Client Partnership: Confidently present creative concepts to clients, acting as astrategic partner in their brand's growth.● Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emergingtechnologies to keep campaigns relevant and cutting-edge.Qualifications & Skills● Minimum of 5 years of experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency.● A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and mastery of social mediacopywriting.● Proven ability to think 'social-first' and create content that drives community building.● Excellent command of English; proficiency in Hinglish or regional languages is highlypreferred for the Mumbai market.● Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines ina fast-paced environment.What We OfferThe opportunity to work on leading national and international brands, a collaborativework environment that thrives on big ideas, and a platform to define the future of digitaladvertising in India.Please Note : This is a full time contractual remote role for 12 Months
