Role SummaryAs a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will lead and implement strategies to grow Bluencore’s brand, drive game sales, manage digital outreach, and foster community engagement. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field.2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles (experience in the gaming industry is a must).Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media strategy, and online sales.Familiarity with visual branding, customer journey design, and service innovation.Proficient in design thinking, storytelling, and user-centered marketing.Ability to grasp product nuances, art direction, and how they influence market perception.Preferred Industry: Board Games / Toy & Hobby / Creative Media/ Gaming Preferred SkillsStrategic thinker with a multidisciplinary mindset (service design, digital tools, systems innovation).Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative problem-solving and project management experience.Knowledge of board game history, genres, mechanics, and the global gaming community. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesIdentify and develop new business opportunities, markets, customer segments, and partnerships.Generate leads through research, outreach, and networking.Engage directly with clients—both virtually and in person—to pitch products, build relationships, and close sales.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms.Understand customer needs and propose tailored game solutions.Marketing Strategy & ExecutionDesign and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across web, social media, e-commerce, and retail.Create and manage digital content campaigns (copy, visuals, video) that align with branding and audience engagement goals.Oversee brand storytelling across channels, fostering deeper connections with customers and community.Build and manage influencer relationships and media collaborations for outreach and PR.E-commerce & Platform ManagementSet up and manage Bluencore’s presence on e-commerce platforms including listings, inventory, performance, and customer service.Drive product visibility and conversions through targeted digital advertising and SEO strategies.Optimize backend operations including cataloguing, reviews, issue resolution, and analytics.Project & Cross-functional CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams (designers, artists, developers) to ensure marketing goals are aligned with product development.Support product launch campaigns including crowdfunding, pre-orders, and distributor marketing.Track and report on KPIs, sales funnels, campaign performance, and customer behavior insights.Community Engagement & Cultural ImpactRepresent Bluencore at events, conventions, and online forums.Foster online communities and gather player feedback for ongoing improvement.Contribute to conversations around board game culture and its influence on education and storytelling.
