The organization is committed to creating impactful learning experiences that help students unlock their full potential.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales and School Outreach Associate to grow Learn with Leaders’ school partnerships and drive student enrollments globally.This is a full-time remote role focused on building relationships with schools, converting leads into enrollments, and consistently achieving revenue and enrollment targets. You will engage with school leaders, educators, counselors, and student communities through outreach, presentations, and ongoing follow-ups.You will own the end-to-end pipeline. From prospecting and generating leads to closing enrollments and maintaining long-term school relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys consultative selling, and can confidently communicate the value of premium education programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive school outreach and build partnerships with school leadership, counselors, and educatorsGenerate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship-buildingConduct virtual presentations, program briefings, and student or parent sessions to convert interest into enrollmentsOwn the sales pipeline. Manage outreach, follow-ups, conversions, and reporting through CRM toolsRespond to incoming queries from schools, educators, students, and parents with speed and clarityCollaborate with internal marketing and program teams to meet enrollment targets and improve conversion ratesMaintain strong post-enrollment relationships with schools to enable repeat enrollments and referralsQualifications (Sales-Focused Version)Must-Have SkillsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust quicklyProven sales ability. Experience generating leads, closing enrollments, and meeting targetsStrong relationship-building capability with schools, educators, and decision-makersComfortable presenting confidently to groups, running online sessions, and handling objectionsStrong customer service mindset with the ability to support stakeholders throughout the journeySelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environmentPassion for education and helping young people access global opportunitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience selling education programs, training services, or B2B/B2C solutionsExperience working with schools, counselors, or student communitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related fieldipsita@
