The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating sales agreements, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, building strong relationships with clients, ability to do tie-ups with real estate builders/developers and ensuring a smooth transaction process. You will be expected to meet sales targets and actively promote the company’s real estate services.QualificationsGood Real Estate experience of buy/sell/rentalsStrong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principlesProven Sales experience and ability to achieve targetsExceptional Customer Service skills and client relationship managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and networking skillsProficiency in market research and understanding of local real estate trends of NCRAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is a plusPrior experience in a sales or real estate role in Gurgaon is advantageous
