About the RoleWe are hiring for our client for the role of AI Engineering Manager. This role focuses on leading the design and development of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, while also driving data initiatives involving MDM and advanced SQL. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership capabilities to build scalable, production-grade AI systems integrated with enterprise data platforms.Key DetailsLocation: Remote Work Mode: Work From Home (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) Experience: 10+ years Budget: ₹2.5 LPM Job Type: Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable) Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases Work hands-on with LLMs, AI tools, and frameworks to build intelligent systems Drive MDM initiatives using Informatica MDM to ensure data quality and governance Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms Provide technical leadership, including code reviews and best practices Design scalable architectures combining AI and data systems Ensure alignment with business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions Required Skills10+ years of experience in software engineering / data engineering / AI Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java for AI/ML development Strong expertise in SQL (advanced queries, performance tuning, data manipulation) Experience with Informatica MDM or similar MDM tools Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data integration Experience building scalable, production-grade AI solutions Mandatory SkillsStrong expertise in SQL Hands-on experience in Agentic AI Good to HaveExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Eligibility CriteriaCandidates must have a valid UAN number and LinkedIn profile Freelancers will not be considered Candidates available within 0–15 days preferred (up to 30 days for strong profiles) Strong alignment with the requirement Additional NotesOnly non-duplicated/exclusive profiles will be considered Candidates must be available for quick interview rounds Must be open to BOT round (if applicable)
