Join us to challenge yourself and accomplish work that matters.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms for large‑scale traffic prediction to improve navigation accuracy and decision‑making.Build new technical capabilities and core ML components that enable future product features and enhance customer experience.Partner with engineering, data science, product, and UX teams to define long‑term product direction and influence roadmap decisions.Work closely with data engineering teams to process, transform, and analyze high‑volume location data using privacy‑preserving methods.Develop, optimize, and maintain ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment across real‑time and batch environments.Monitor model performance, run experiments, and iterate on approaches to continuously improve accuracy and reliability.Lead research initiatives to explore new modeling techniques and innovative solutions for emerging product challenges.Communicate timelines, risks, and uncertainties effectively to cross‑functional partners and leadership.Minimum QualificationsMS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, with 5+ years of industry experience.Strong programming skills in Python and hands‑on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.Experience deploying and serving ML models at scale using distributed systems and big‑data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a scientific approach to experimentation, validation, and model evaluation.Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
