Our advertising technology organization delivers the systems that enable marketers and partners to plan, activate, and measure campaigns across a diverse product ecosystem.Role SummaryWe’re hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multi-team software initiatives within our advertising and partner marketing platforms. You will own end-to-end delivery—from scoping and requirements through launch and post‑release improvement—working closely with engineering, product, quality, SRE/DevOps, and PMO/governance stakeholders across regions.This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who is comfortable driving clarity from ambiguity, orchestrating distributed teams, and landing business outcomes on schedule and within budget.What You’ll DoProgram Ownership: Define scope, timelines, and measurable outcomes for large, cross-functional software efforts; create delivery plans that balance speed, quality, and risk.Requirements & Alignment: Facilitate requirement definition with Product and Engineering; lead trade-off discussions; drive consensus on priorities and acceptance criteria.Delivery Governance: Manage execution using Agile/Scrum and scaled practices; run ceremonies, track dependencies, and resolve blockers across multiple squads.Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to managers, senior leaders, and executive stakeholders; prepare clear status reports and readouts.Budget & Resources: Coordinate with PMO on cost, resourcing, and governance; forecast needs and optimize utilization across global teams.Quality & Readiness: Partner with QA and SRE/DevOps on test strategy, reliability, release readiness, and post‑launch follow‑up.Process Improvement: Identify gaps in workflow; implement pragmatic process and tooling improvements that accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.Team Health: Run retrospectives and continuous improvement cycles; help the team stay focused, motivated, and accountable to milestones.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).7–10+ years of progressive experience managing complex software development or platform delivery programs.Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.Practical expertise with project methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Scaled Scrum, Waterfall/Hybrid) and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence; plus Asana or Microsoft Project a bonus).Experience leading distributed/global teams with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills across cultures and seniority levels.Solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure) and modern SDLC practices.Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).Preferred QualificationsBackground in ad technology, performance/partner marketing platforms, or e‑commerce ecosystems.Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM/PSM (L1+).Prior experience as a software engineer or technical contributor.Experience in product-based organizations; ability to translate product vision into executable technical plans.
