User Experience Designer

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who understands that good design solves problems before it looks good. This role is for someone who can balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to create intuitive, consistent product experiences.You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape how users interact with the product—from first touch to everyday use.What You’ll DoDesign intuitive user experiences across web and/or mobile platformsTranslate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designsConduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisionsCreate and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable componentsCollaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibilityIterate designs based on user feedback, data, and business needsEnsure consistency across products and user touchpointsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in UI/UX design for digital productsProficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDSolid understanding of user research, usability principles, and interaction designStrong visual design skills—layout, typography, colour, and spacingAbility to clearly articulate design decisions and trade-offsExperience working closely with product and engineering teamsNice to Have (Not Mandatory)Experience designing for complex workflows or B2B productsFamiliarity with accessibility and inclusive design practicesExposure to analytics-driven design and A/B testingExperience in startup or fast-scaling product environments
