About the RoleNeoITO is seeking a highly skilled CoreMedia Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript to support and enhance our enterprise content delivery platform. This role focuses on bridging traditional CMS architecture with modern headless content delivery, enabling scalable, high-performance digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience customizing CoreMedia Studio, working with the CoreMedia Headless Server, and building robust Node.js-based services.Experience: 3-5 YearsLocation: RemoteAvailability: Must be available to work in CST(6.30 PM- 3.30AM IST)Key ResponsibilitiesHeadless Content ImplementationDesign and develop Node.js-based services and middleware to consume content using the CoreMedia Unified API (UAPI) for TypeScript.Enable efficient headless content delivery aligned with modern frontend architectures.CoreMedia Studio CustomizationCustomize and extend the CoreMedia Studio UI using TypeScript and Ext JS to improve editorial productivity and workflows.Frontend Workspace & Build OptimizationMaintain and optimize the CoreMedia Frontend Workspace, leveraging pnpm, Node.js (v24), and modern build tools.Improve build pipelines and dependency management for performance and reliability.System IntegrationBuild and maintain integrations between CoreMedia and third-party systems such as e-commerce platforms, DAMs, and CRMs using Node.js microservices.Architecture, Performance & ReliabilityEnsure high availability and low-latency content delivery through optimized Node.js runtime configurations.Support Dockerized deployments and cloud-native environments.Mentorship & CollaborationProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on CoreMedia best practices and modern JavaScript/TypeScript standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, backend, and DevOps.Technical RequirementsCoreMedia ExpertiseMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with CoreMedia Content Cloud (CMCC) 11 or 12.Strong understanding of CoreMedia headless architecture and delivery patterns.Node.js & TypeScriptDeep proficiency in Node.js (LTS versions) and asynchronous programming concepts.Advanced expertise in TypeScript for both frontend (Studio extensions) and backend (headless services).Tooling & Build SystemsExpert-level experience with pnpm, Webpack/Vite, and managing complex monorepo structures.Backend & Platform KnowledgeBasic working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot to support cross-layer debugging with the CoreMedia backend.DevOps & DeploymentExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for deploying Node.js-based services.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with the CoreMedia Spark reference architecture.Exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Next.js for headless implementations.CoreMedia Certification (Developer or Architect) is an added advantage.
