We are open to flexible working models including remote and hybrid arrangements.The ideal candidate will bring deep familiarity with IT hiring platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn, possess a strong personal network of technology professionals, and have a proven ability to source contractual and project-based talent quickly and efficiently.This role requires a recruiter who is not just transactional but capable of evaluating candidate fit beyond technical skills, including communication ability, personality, and alignment with project needs.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & RecruitmentSource and identify high-quality candidates for IT services roles across multiple technology domains.Leverage platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and professional communities to build strong candidate pipelines.Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify both active and passive candidates.Maintain and nurture a strong personal network of IT professionals to enable faster hiring.Contract Talent HiringIdentify and engage contractual and freelance IT professionals for project-based roles.Maintain a curated database of contract talent across technologies.Ensure quick turnaround time in providing quality profiles for urgent client requirements.Candidate Screening & EvaluationConduct structured candidate screenings to assess:Technical exposure and role relevanceCommunication skillsProfessional maturity and personality fitCultural alignment with client and project requirementsPrepare candidate summaries and evaluation notes for internal review.High-Volume Hiring ManagementManage multiple open roles simultaneously across different technologies and seniority levels.Prioritize roles based on urgency and business needs.Ensure consistent progress and timely submission of candidate profiles.Recruitment Operations & ToolsUse applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to maintain structured hiring workflows.Maintain accurate candidate records, pipelines, and status updates.Use AI-powered recruitment tools for sourcing, resume screening, and candidate engagement where relevant.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand role requirements clearly.Provide market insights related to talent availability, salary expectations, and hiring challenges.Support faster decision-making through structured candidate evaluation and feedback.Required Skills & Experience5–10+ years of IT recruitment experience in the Indian IT services industry.Strong familiarity with hiring across technology domains such as:Software developmentCloud and DevOpsData engineering and analyticsAI/ML rolesQA and automationProven expertise in Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.Strong network of IT professionals built through previous hiring experience.Demonstrated experience hiring contractual or project-based technology talent.Ability to assess candidate fit beyond technical skills, including communication and behavioural aspects.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.Experience with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and candidate tracking systems.Familiarity with AI-assisted recruitment tools is an advantage.Preferred ProfileFormer top-performing IT recruiter with strong placement history.Someone who may have taken a career break due to family/personal commitments and is now looking to return to a flexible work environment.Self-driven professional who can work independently with minimal supervision.Strong network-driven recruiter who can quickly mobilize talent for urgent requirements.Why Join UsOpportunity to work with a growing AI and digital services company.Flexible work model (remote or hybrid).High exposure to cutting-edge technology hiring including AI, cloud, and digital engineering roles.Opportunity to build and shape a strong contract talent pool.
