They are highly regarded for their people-first culture, commitment to safety, and strong investment in employee growth and development.Job Title - Power Platform ArchitectLocation - Remote (Offshore – LATAM, India, or Philippines) with partial overlap in US working hoursRole Type - Contract (6 months, part-time ~20 hours/week)Must Have Skills:Strong Microsoft ecosystem expertise (Power Platform, Azure, M365, Dataverse)Experience enabling and governing citizen developersDeep knowledge of Dataverse configuration and data managementExperience with Copilot and AI BuilderAbility to provide architectural guidance and best practicesResponsibilities and Job Details:Serve as a technical advisor for a low-code/no-code Power Platform environmentProvide architecture guidance and establish best practices across ~80 PowerAppsSupport environment strategy including migration to managed environmentsImplement and advise on DLP policies and secrets managementDrive ALM strategy and DevOps pipeline improvements for Power PlatformEnable and guide citizen developers with proper governance frameworksLead Dataverse configuration, optimization, and data management effortsSupport ongoing Copilot and AI Builder initiativesAct as a consultative partner—advising, mentoring, and enabling rather than executingCollaborate with internal teams to improve scalability and security of applicationsEnsure platform governance aligns with organizational and security standards
