Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Bhubaneswar. The Site Engineer will oversee construction projects, manage on-site activities, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising the work of contractors , conducting quality control checks, and ensuring timely project completion. Additionally, the role requires effective communication and collaboration with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.QualificationsExperience in on-site supervision and operationsStrong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholdersProficiency in quality control processes and standardsKnowledge and application of structural engineering and civil engineering principlesProblem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressureBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldFamiliarity with construction and safety regulations is an advantageMust be proficient in understanding all drawings and executing them on site.
