This role goes beyond traditional customer support and combines customer communication, administrative coordination, scheduling, and operational problem-solving.The ideal candidate is empathetic, solutions-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable interacting with customers through different communication channels while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.If you enjoy startup environments, learning new systems, and contributing to operational excellence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Responsibilities – What you’ll be doingCustomer Support & CommunicationResponding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chatManaging customer onboarding and vehicle collection processes through KIOSK systemsDelivering high-quality customer support while resolving issues efficiently and empatheticallyScheduling, confirming, and managing servicing and vehicle collection appointmentsConducting customer verification checks for new usersOperations & CoordinationHandling vehicle returns, account checks, and identifying outstanding dues or debtorsMonitoring vehicle availability and proactively identifying supply-demand gapsCoordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer concernsManaging high-priority operational cases including accidents, theft, and vehicle breakdowns in line with service level agreementsSupporting operational workflows and administrative tasks as business needs evolveRequirements – What we’re looking forWe think the right candidate will tick most of the following boxes:1–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative support rolesPrevious remote work experience is preferredFresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to applyProfessional proficiency in written and spoken EnglishAdditional language skills such as Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, or Portuguese would be advantageousExperience using tools such as HelpScout, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, live chat platforms, or inventory management systemsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask effectively and work well under pressureA customer-first mindset with empathy and problem-solving abilitiesAdaptability and willingness to work in a fast-evolving startup environmentA professional remote work setup including reliable internet, appropriate seating, and suitable lighting for KIOSK interactionsWork ScheduleAs the client operates within UK business hours, flexibility across rotating schedules will be required.Current operating hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM BSTIndia Standard Time (IST): 12:30 PM – 1:30 AM ISTThe team will work on a rotational shift schedule to ensure coverage across operating hours. Standard shifts are 9 hours in duration (inclusive of breaks), with shift timings varying based on business requirements. Employees may be assigned to different shifts and working day patterns on a rotating basis.
