We’re looking for a Growth & Outreach Intern who enjoys meaningful conversations, relationship building, and engaging with people who are curious about personal growth.Stipend: ₹5,000 per monthResponsibilities• Outreach and engagement with relevant audiences on LinkedIn and Instagram• Initiate thoughtful conversations with people interested in personal growth and self-awareness• Respond to messages, comments, and community interactions• Support in nurturing Cosmofynd’s online communities and conversations• Identify potential collaborators, partners, and aligned communitiesWhat We’re Looking For• Strong written communication skills• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people online• Interest in personal growth, spirituality, or self-awareness• Organized and proactive in managing outreach and follow-ups• Someone who enjoys interacting with people and building genuine connectionsBonus If You Have• Experience managing LinkedIn or Instagram communities• Basic understanding of audience engagement or growth strategies• Interest in conscious entrepreneurship or wellness space
