The job aims to provide accurate and timely financial information, optimize resource allocation, and monitor financial performance across projects. By maintaining robust budget controls, generating comprehensive reports, and facilitating effective communication, the role helps drive informed financial decisions and promotes overall financial health.Key Responsibilities/ Key Accountabilities: Develop comprehensive financial projections, including profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.Prepare the annual business plan, outlining financial goals and strategies.Generate accurate cash flow reports to monitor and forecast liquidity.Prepare fund flow statements to track the movement of funds within the organization.Conduct in-depth analysis of non-current assets (NCA) to evaluate their impact on financial performance.Analyze project-specific profit and loss statements to assess profitability and identify areas for improvement.Monitor project-specific cash flows to ensure optimal utilization of funds.Perform detailed analysis of non-current assets (NCA) for individual projects.Oversee budget controlling activities within the SAP system.Consolidate and analyze management information systems (MIS) to provide comprehensive reports for decision-making purposes.Collaborate with project sites to gather monthly updates and ensure accurate financial reporting.Prepare board presentations on finance-related matters, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.Create monthly business review presentations to assess performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.Conduct revenue calculations as per the project completion and operating method (PCOM).Track and monitor receivables to ensure timely collection and minimize outstanding balances.Monitor payables to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy vendor relationships.Perform budget versus actual analysis for both project-specific and corporate financials.Monitor and track bank limits, including both fund-based and non-fund-based limits.Qualification & Experience: CA, ICWA, or MBA in Finance with 8-10 years of relevant experience.Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
