Job Description: Corp Dev / IR - CEO’s officeRole Overview: We are seeking a driven and analytically strong professional to join our Corporate Development and Investor Relations team. This role will be central to supporting Rupeek’s fundraising efforts, IPO planning, and investor & board communication. The individual will work closely with the finance & leadership team to prepare financial models, manage investor diligence workflows, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and develop high-quality presentations and data packs.This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in Investment banking, equity research, deal advisory, or startup investor relations who is looking to deepen exposure to fundraising, strategic finance, and investor engagement.Key Responsibilities:Fundraise & Corporate DevelopmentBuild and maintain financial models across scenarios (equity, debt, strategic initiatives)Prepare investor-facing materials including presentations, data packsSupport the full fundraising lifecycle - shortlisting investors, preparing materials, coordinating meetings, tracking timelines, and managing investor Q&AInvestor Diligence & Board ReportingCoordinate and manage investor due diligence flows (data collation, Q&A) Prepare recurring investor updates, board-level MISStrategic Finance & AnalysisBenchmark Rupeek’s performance against competitors and adjacent financial services playersQualificationEducational Background: Undergraduate degree in engineering, finance, economics, commerce, or related fields (CFA Level 1 or equivalent certifications are a plus but not required) Experience:1–2 years of experience in one of the following areas:Equity Research (buy-side or sell-side)Investment Banking / Deal Advisory Investor Relations roles at growth-stage startupsDemonstrated proficiency in financial modelling, business analysis, and investor-facing communicationSkills & Attributes:Strong proficiency in financial modelling concepts and ExcelAbility to interpret P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, and unit economicsComfort with large data sets; experience with SQL or analytics tools is an advantageStrong aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and domainsDesired Personal Traits:High ownership mindset with a strong bias for accuracy and detailAbility to work calmly and effectively under tight deadlines, especially during fundraise cyclesStrong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problemsClear and concise communication skills suited for investor-level interactionsCollaborative approach with the ability to build trust and work across multiple teamsWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and have a meaningful impact on the organization’s strategic directionA dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment where your ideas and contributions will be highly valuedCompetitive compensation and benefits packageIf you bring structured thinking, analytical depth, and a genuine interest in corporate development and investor relations, we would be glad to consider your candidature.
