This role is ideal for someone with real sales exposure who understands marketplace ads, ACoS, conversions, and profitability in an early-stage startup environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage end-to-end marketplace operations (Amazon / Flipkart).• Launch and optimize upto 100 SKUs across marketplaces.• Achieve ₹5–8 lakh/month marketplace revenue within 4–6 months.• Drive 10–20% month-on-month sales growth post stabilization.• Manage monthly ad budgets of ₹50,000 – ₹2,00,000.• Maintain ACoS in the range of 25–35% during early growth.• Improve listing conversion rate to 8–12% through content optimization.• Track daily performance metrics: Sales, Ad Spend, ACoS, CTR, CVR, Sessions, Returns.• Plan pricing, deals, and promotions without heavy discounting.• Coordinate inventory planning to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS• 2–4 years of hands-on marketplace management experience.• Personally managed ₹20–30 lakh cumulative marketplace sales.• Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub.• Working knowledge of PPC / Sponsored Ads and listing SEO.• Experience in Edu tech, electronics, kids products, or D2C brands preferred.• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 6 MONTHS)• Marketplaces fully set up and stabilized.• Consistent daily orders across active SKUs.• Controlled ad spend with predictable ACoS.• Clear reporting and performance tracking system in place.PERKS & BENEFITS• Performance-based incentives linked to revenue growth.• Opportunity to build marketplace operations from scratch.• Fast-track growth to Senior Marketplace / E-commerce Lead role.• Learning exposure to AI, Robotics, and STEM product ecosystem.• Travel and work-related expense reimbursement as per company policy.HOW TO APPLYPlease share:• Marketplaces handled• Monthly sales managed• Ad budgets handled• Average ACoS achievedEmail: HR@
