We specialize in technology that boosts operational efficiency across the entire organization while giving a unique view of how your internal process is functioning and how to improve them.Job DescriptionWe’re seeking an experienced Functional Lead – Vault Quality to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Veeva Vault Quality (QMS) solutions in regulated life sciences (GxP) environments.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Vault QMS, CSV/Validation, and regulated documentation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex technical and compliance requirements into clear, client-ready solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of Veeva Vault Quality modules (QMS, Training, eTMF, QualityDocs)Act as functional SME for GxP processes (Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, Audits)Drive business workshops, requirements gathering, and solution designConfigure Vault Quality objects, workflows, lifecycle states, and securityPartner with validation, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure complianceSupport UAT, go-live, and post-production hypercareMentor junior functional consultantsRequired Qualifications5+ years of hands-on Veeva Vault Quality experienceActive Veeva Vault Quality certification(s) (mandatory)Strong understanding of FDA, EMA, and GxP regulationsExperience leading global or enterprise Vault implementationsExcellent stakeholder communication skillsCertifications Required:Veeva Vault Quality Suite (QMS, eTMF, Training, Docs, etc.)Perks & BenefitsPermanent work-from-home Flexi Week culture (5 days / 9-day fortnight)Fixed internet allowanceOther benefitsNote: We will contact candidates who fit the current requirements.
