The role aims to ensure the efficient allocation of resources, adherence to project timelines and budgets, and the delivery of high-quality outcomes that align with the company's competitive advantage and customer expectations. Additionally, shall also be responsible for optimizing project plans, mitigating risks, resolving conflicts, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end management and administration of the assigned projects but not limited to projects operations, planning and delivery, project P&L, QHSE matters etc.To mobilize overall program and delivery, planning, identifying key issues and constraints, setting key milestones, reviewing program progress and giving overall direction to projects.Optimize resource allocation, including human, financial, and material resources, to ensure project success.Oversee contract negotiations, vendor selection, and contract performance to ensure optimal project outcomes.Stakeholder management with Client, Contractors and Consultants. Accountable to drive engaging and result oriented discussions with stakeholders and to bring solutions and progress to the table.Responsible for all internal stakeholder management with HR, SCM, Commercial & Contracts, HSE, Quality, Finance and other associated corporate and Divisional functions to ensure project delivery as per set program and contract expectations.To ensure all project build costs and associated revenue is accurately planned, forecasted, captured and reported. Responsible for preparing annual budget, periodic MIS reviews and analysis, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions.Responsible for all individual and specific Divisional productivity targets, financial objectives, KPIs and attainment thereof.Participating and providing positive contribution to technical, commercial, planning, safety and quality performance of the projects in accordance with Client, Contractual and regulatory requirements.Periodic visits to Sites/ Project locations, Vendors, Client, etc. to discuss operational aspects & issues.Developing a deep understanding of the local market; including knowledge of competitors, clients, contractors, vendors, relative market positions etc.
