Job Type: Full Time
Job Description:
The Project Manager for Marketo campaign operations oversees intake, planning, and delivery across event and nurture workstreams, ensuring that all briefs, assets, and dependencies are ready for the Marketo Specialists to execute on time and at quality. This role uses Asana to manage 3–4 concurrent projects and acts as the primary coordination point between client stakeholders, creative, data, and the production podResponsibilities:Own project intake: collect and clarify campaign briefs, surface missing requirements, and help stakeholders articulate goals, audiences, and success metrics. Build detailed timelines and workback plans in Asana for event comms (roadshows, conferences, webinars) and monthly/quarterly newsletters, plus always‑on nurtures. Ensure all required assets (copy, images, lists, tracking parameters, landing page content) are sourced from the client’s DAM or internal teams before handoff. Coordinate weekly cadences: internal pod syncs, client status calls, and stakeholder updates on dependencies, risks, and upcoming launches. Prepare complete “build-ready” packages (brief, wireframes if any, audience rules, asset links, tracking specs) for Marketo Specialists, minimizing back‑and‑forth during execution. Track and manage 3–4 concurrent projects across stages (intake, build, QA, approvals, launch, post‑launch review) and proactively flag risks or resource constraints. Oversee QA and rendering workflow: ensure that functional tests, device/client checks, and governance checks are completed, and that issues are logged and resolved before go‑live. Maintain communication and governance calendars to prevent over‑communication and collision of overlapping campaigns during migration from legacy platforms. Serve as the main operational point of contact for US and EMEA stakeholders, providing clear status reporting, next steps, and decision requests. Capture learnings from each campaign (process gaps, recurrent issues) and refine SOPs, checklists, and Asana workflows for continuous improvement.
