Sage Implementation Manager

We are looking for a seasoned accounting professional with deep expertise in Sage Intacct ERP, strong GAAP knowledge, and proven experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations for global clients. This role will play a critical part in driving ERP-led transformations, process optimization, and financial governance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting operations, including Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycleLead Sage Intacct implementation, configuration, and optimization projectsDrive ERP transformation initiatives, including system setup, data migration, and integrationPerform and review general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closeReview financial statements and perform variance analysis (vertical & horizontal)Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controlsDesign and document process flows aligned with ERP best practicesDevelop MIS reports and dashboards using MS Excel and ERP dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a primary liaison for US clientsRequired Skills (Core Focus on Sage Intacct)Hands-on expertise in Sage Intacct (MANDATORY)Implementation & deploymentChart of accounts setup & configurationsData migration & system integrationReport building & customizationStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience in General Ledger, Month Close, and ReconciliationsAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, MIS reporting)Experience in process improvement and ERP-driven automation
