About the TeamWe are building one of the most advanced trading analytics platforms in the world - used by 150,000+ traders across 50+ countries.Our users include active day traders, options traders, futures traders, and quants. We support trade imports from 250+ brokers and provide 600+ analytics tools, options flow analysis, and custom reporting.We are a small, fast-moving team. This is not a large corporation with layers of management.You will work directly with the founding team, have a real impact on the product, and grow with the company.The roleLive chat and email support for US/global users during Indian night hours.Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM IST, Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).This is a long-term night shift role — not a temporary arrangement.This is NOT a BPO script-reading role.Our users are sophisticated traders. When they report a P&L mismatch or a broken broker sync, they expect a real, detailed and comprehensive answer - not a canned apology and a ticket number.Compensation₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience.During the 1-month probation period, a reduced stipend will be provided. Fully remote role.What you'll actually do— Investigate P&L calculation discrepancies (you'll learn concepts like FIFO, average cost, multi-leg options, and futures multipliers on the job)— Troubleshoot broker CSV imports and API sync failures— Explain how stock splits, trade grouping, solve user's analysis requests (point them to the right features to use) etc.,— Guide users through complex platform features via chat, email, and occasionally voice/video— Study and deeply learn new platform features as they ship - independently, using provided training resources and documentationWhat you'll gain— Deep, practical understanding of global financial markets, trading mechanics, and fintech infrastructure knowledge that compounds over your career— Direct experience supporting a global user base (US, EU, Asia) in English— Exposure to product development - your support insights directly shape what we build next— Long-term, stable WFH role with a company that pays on time, every timeThis role is NOT for you if:— You say /"yes/" to everything in the interview and then stop studying after day 3. We've been through this multiple times and we now test aggressively.— You rely on AI to answer questions instead of actually understanding the material— You're looking for a /"temporary thing until something better comes along/"— You cannot commit to night shifts 6 days a week, long-term or if you are not used to night shiftsRequirements— Strong written English (spoken English is a plus for occasional voice support)— Interest in financial markets or trading (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory)— Ability to self-study complex, unfamiliar concepts using documentation and resources - this is the single most important skill for this role— Quiet workspace, your own laptop, stable primary + backup internet, power backupPost-hire expectationsYou will be provided structured training materials and resources. You will be tested on product and domain knowledge at Day 7, Day 14, and Day 21. Continued employment depends on passing these checkpoints.
