We are looking for somebody who has hands-on experience with LLM Model training. He will perform following functions:A. Campaign Manager will be responsible for day-to-day resource management for all the programs assigned to him. B. Co-ordinate with all the Members to deliver the SFT and RLHF, Domain, Transcription programs.C. Do the interviews and help with onboarding the Data annotation team.C. Should have hands-on experience with LLM Model training to deliver the Quality of the Program being delivered by the team.D. Program Delivery Milestones. E. Co-ordination with members, customer stakeholders and recruiting team is needed to deliver.QualificationsExperience of working with a LLM Model trainingExperience with Coding SFT/RLHF or TranscriptionStrong ability to co-ordinate and lead the large number of various tasksMore than 5+ years experience.
