We are looking for a person with extensive partnership orbusiness development experience in payments (remittances / cross border trade).An excellent business understanding of the cross-border remittances and payments landscape-along with an understanding of stablecoins and their use for payments is essential. Pastexperience in cross-border payments or trade finance business is a must for the role - withcompanies such as Currency Cloud, Wise, Remitly, Nium, Payonear.You are a highly energetic, entrepreneurial individual who has an existing network in thepayments ecosystem and can build relationships and partnerships with payment and bankpartners.Ideally, you should be extroverted and likeable, yet also process oriented and systematic aboutgetting things done. Join us in revolutionizing the payments landscape and making a difference in the world.Job responsibilities: What you'll do Sourcing new Payment Partners - Local licensed Payment Gateways, Banking partners,OTC desksAcquire, build, and maintain relationships with payment partners, while systematicallytracking each partner in our systemHelping with legal onboarding of TransFi and onboarding of the partnerNeed to make proper decisions to strategize partners as per business requirement.Dealing with Tech to get oversee end to end implementation of every partnerMonitor and analyze payment processing metrics to identify areas for improvement andcommunicate and work out improvements with the partnerCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and customersupport, to streamline payment processing processes and resolve payment-relatedissues together with payment partnersUnderstanding the needs of clients and partners at every stage of their developmentand consider how TransFi can add value with its product partnershipsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with internal cross-functional businessunits to create more efficient processes, identify bottlenecks, identify growthopportunities, and increase our overall client success percentage.Keep a pulse on existing and emerging web3 projects and the teams building them.Required Experience:Stablecoin knowledge and expertise, vision, and passion for the industry. Startupexperience preferred.4 + years of experience in business development or partnerships, with at least 2 years ina leadership roleSeeking a Partnership Manager with proven experience in managing payment gateway integrations and alliances.Responsible for building and maintaining strategic fintech partnerships to drive business growth.Must have expertise in negotiating partner agreements and optimizing payment solutions.Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills are essential.Past experience in a cross-border payments or trade finance business is a must for therole - companies such as Currency Cloud, Wise, Remitly, Nium, PayonearStrong understanding of remittance, payment processing including knowledge ofpayment gateways, merchant accounts, and payment networksFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in payment processingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritizeand manage multiple tasksStrong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building anddeveloping high-performing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teamsCreative problem solver with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Remote-first workingOpportunities for growth.A truly agile, fast-paced environment without complex decision-making.
