This role ensures seamless operations, client satisfaction, and compliance with organizational standards, while continuously strengthening LL R.E.M.S’ capability to manage diverse and complex portfolios.Key Responsibility Areas:Financial Excellence: Delivering Annual Plans – Budget compliance, augmented marginsRisk & Commercials: Risk evaluations and mitigation plans review and ensure remain in 2% deviation rate. Audit management and improvement plan zero repeated audit findings. Minimum new business margins 8%. Tax complianceRevenue Growth: Increase in revenue generated by the Operating Co 30% YOY for first three yearsMarket Share Growth: Measures the percentage of the total market captured by the business unit. Growth here indicates the business unit is taking customers away from competitors. Transform the business from manpower driven approach to R.E.M.S output specification approach. 70% of revenue growth should fall under R.E.M.S business.Operational Excellence: Contract governance, statutory & technical compliances. Operational EfficiencyCustomer Satisfaction: Client engagement, contract deliverables, meeting 100% contract score cards and no penaltiesPeople & Team Leadership: Employee engagement 5% deviation from the scheduled meetings. Training and development, 10% progressions. Monthly attrition less than 2.5%.Qualifications:Bachelor’s (Technical / Commercial) degree minimumMBA / B Tech / BE preferred15+ years of experienceIndustry: Facilities Management / Clients / Technical Consulting / Real Estate Management / Community Management / ConstructionPrevious Role: Operational P&L business lead role with Facilities Management Exposure Team ManagementRequired Skills:In-depth knowledge of contract governance, risk assessment, maintenance materials, sourcing, coordination, budgets, and pricingStrong communications and leadership skillsStrong IT skills.
