This role requires strong technical skills, project management capability, and the ability to mentor junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare & review federal and state tax returns, for C-Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships and Individual taxationPerform tax research, analyze findings, and resolve complex tax issuesCoordinate daily engagement planning and scopingReview workpapers prepared by staff and provide constructive feedbackMentor and supervise tax associatesCommunicate effectively with U.S.-based managers and team membersSkills RequiredStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent attention to detail and technical proficiencyAbility to manage multiple engagements and deadlinesEffective written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to high-quality client serviceQualifications3-5 years of US tax returns experience in a public accounting firm preferredCA/CPA/EA preferred but not requiredIn-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws, including Corporate, S-Corporations, Partnership, Individual taxationExperience supporting U.S.-based tax teamsExperience with CCH Axcess is a plusBenefits & PerksHealth Insurance for you and your dependents including parentsProvident FundGenerous Leave Policy and Paid Holidays per Calendar Year
