Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-orientedLead Generation Executiveto identify, qualify, and generate new business leads for the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for market research, outbound calls, digital lead tracking, and coordination with sales teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads throughcold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, portals, and databases Research and identifypotential clients, EPC contractors, Infra companies, builders, or OEMs Qualify leads based on project requirement, budget, and decision-making authority Schedule meetings and product presentations for the sales team Maintain and update lead data inCRM / Excel Follow up on enquiries received from marketing campaigns, websites, and exhibitions Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality Prepare daily/weekly lead generation and follow-up reports Achieve monthly and quarterly lead targets Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience inB2B lead generation(Manufacturing / Infra / PEB preferred) Good knowledge ofCRM tools, MS Excel, and email tools Ability to handle outbound calls and follow-ups professionally Target-oriented and self-motivated Basic understanding of sales funnel and customer lifecycle Preferred Experience Experience inPEB, Steel, Street Light Poles, Infra, or EPC industry Exposure totenders, projects, or corporate salesis an added advantage Familiarity withLinkedIn Sales Navigator / IndiaMART / TradeIndiais a plusPlease share your resume athrm@.
