Sourcing Specialist (SaaS IT)

Role :Source & Screen - Recruitment (IT Recruitment)Responsibilities :Identify and source the candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other sites. - Meet the monthly hire goals. Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities. - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements. Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time. - Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders. Work all assigned job orders until covered. - Attend daily/weekly req. meeting. - Establish relationships with consultants. Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations. - Conduct Text recruit/ email campaignsPreferred Skills : Bachelor’s degree is preferred. - Highly preferred recruitment experience in IT domain Should have excellent written communication skills. 2-4 years of recruiting experience A strong work ethic and sense of commitmentIf you believe this role is a good fit for you, please click "Apply" and provide the necessary details.
