Develops dashboards, automates alerts, and integrates synthetic and real-user monitoring to enhance performance visibility and reduce downtime. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and deliver real-time insights. Leads observability initiatives and mentors teams on Dynatrace best practices.
