The Trust runs a multi-specialty hospital and supports large-scale child nutrition programs in collaboration with allied organizations, benefiting thousands of families every year.Through partnerships with corporate, philanthropists, and institutions, PBMT strives to build a sustainable ecosystem that supports the holistic development of children and contributes meaningfully to nation-building.Position Overview TheCSR Manager – Fundraisingwill lead efforts to secure financial and strategic support from corporate partners, foundations, and philanthropic organizations. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships with companies and aligning their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) priorities with the educational initiatives of the Trust.This role will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, developing proposals, nurturing donor relationships, and expanding corporate engagement to sustain and grow the organization’s educational programs.Key Responsibilities 1. Corporate Fundraising Strategy Develop and implement aCSR fundraising strategyaligned with the mission of the Trust. Identify and cultivate relationships withcorporate CSR teams, foundations, and philanthropic donors . Map potential corporate partners in sectors aligned with education and community development. Build a pipeline of corporate donors and CSR funding opportunities. 2. Proposal Development Prepareconcept notes, grant proposals, presentations, and partnership proposalstailored to corporate CSR priorities. Collaborate with program teams to develop project budgets and funding requirements. Customize proposals highlighting the educational impact and measurable outcomes. 3. Corporate Partnership Management Build and maintain strong relationships withexisting and new corporate partners . Manage corporate sponsorships and CSR-funded projects. Ensure effective communication with partners and provide regular updates on program progress. 4. Donor Reporting & Stewardship Prepareimpact reports, financial reports, and documentationrequired by corporate partners. Ensure timely reporting and compliance with CSR guidelines. Organize donor visits, events, and program showcases. 5. Corporate Engagement Programs Developemployee engagement opportunitiessuch as volunteering, mentorship programs, and school visits. Facilitate corporate volunteering activities that support educational programs. 6. Networking & Representation Represent the Trust atCSR forums, networking events, conferences, and corporate meetings . Build relationships with CSR platforms, corporate networks, and industry associations.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Development Studies, Social Work, Communications, or related field Master’s degree preferred (MBA / Social Sector Management / Development Studies)Experience 5+ years of experiencein fundraising, CSR partnerships, corporate relations, or nonprofit development Experience working withcorporate CSR departments in India Strong track record inproposal writing and fundraisingKey Skills Corporate fundraising and donor relations Proposal writing and grant management Relationship building and networking Strategic planning and partnership development Excellent presentation and communication skills
