Tech Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering graduates with experience in plastic processing, polymer-based manufacturing, or continuous production environments.Experience:Minimum 15 years in manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership roleAge band:35-40 YearsPreferred Location:Candidates should be settled in Bengaluru and should be in a reachable distance with drive of less than 1 hour.Key Skills:Operations Management, Process Optimization, Production Planning, Cost Control, Team Leadership, GMP Implementation, Technical Expertise in Non-Wovens or PolymersRole Overview:TheManager – Operationswill oversee end-to-end plant operations at the non-woven textile facility, ensuring efficient production, quality standards, cost control, and continuous process improvement. The role requires atechnically strong, hands-on leaderexperienced in non-woven, plastics, or petrochemical-based manufacturing environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-dayplant operationsincluding production, maintenance, quality, safety, and logistics. Ensure achievement ofproduction targets , adherence toquality standards , and control ofoperating costs . Driveoperational excellencethrough process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization. Collaborate withR&D and Quality teamsto maintain consistency and support new product/process innovations. ImplementGlobal Manufacturing Practices (GMP)to enhance plant performance and efficiency. Overseeequipment maintenance , ensuring uptime and reliability. Manageworkforce planning , training, and performance evaluation of technical and production teams. Plan and controlinventory, raw material utilization , andwaste reduction . Coordinate withsupply chain, procurement, and salesteams to align production with business goals. Prepare and presentMIS reports, production reviews, and cost analysesto senior management.
