Not even close.Role: Strategy ConsultantLocation: RemoteRole Overview:We are hiring a Strategy Consultant to partner with Joveo's leadership on the most complex and high-priority strategic questions facing the business. You will drive structured analysis, build compelling business cases, and translate insight into strategic recommendations that shape the company's direction.Key Responsibilities:- Lead structured problem-solving on strategic questions across growth, product, and operations- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity sizing- Build financial models and business cases to support investment decisions- Synthesize insights from data, research, and stakeholder interviews into clear recommendations- Develop executive-level presentations and strategy documents for leadership and board- Partner across functions to design and implement strategic initiatives end-to-endRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or an equivalent strategic role- Strong analytical and quantitative skills — financial modeling, market sizing, and data analysis- Exceptional written communication — ability to structure complex arguments clearly- Experience working directly with senior leadership and executive stakeholders- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities- Background in technology, SaaS, or HR tech is an advantageEqual Opportunity Employer:Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
