Job Role & Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities at the site to ensure work is executed as per approved plans, drawings, and specifications. Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Execution & Coordination: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow. Ensure materials, manpower, and machinery are available as per the project schedule. Verify measurements and quantities for construction activities. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards in construction. Ensure that all materials and workmanship comply with relevant specifications and drawings. Planning & Scheduling: Prepare and monitor project schedules to meet deadlines. Identify potential delays and report issues promptly to the Project Manager. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption, and manpower records. Support billing engineers in preparing work progress documentation and quantity verification. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at the site. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPEs by all site workers. Client & Vendor Coordination: Assist in site meetings with clients and consultants to update on progress. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering . 2–5 years of site experience in real estate or building construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and materials. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Excel preferred. Good communication and team coordination skills.
