Senior Service Advisor

Job Title: Service Advisor – Borah Hyundai, Dibrugarh Location: Dibrugarh, AssamJob Type: Full-time | Experience Required About Borah Hyundai:Borah Hyundai is an authorized Hyundai dealership known for customer satisfaction and excellence in after-sales service. We are expanding our service team and looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join us. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and understand their service/repair needs. Create job cards, record customer concerns, and explain service requirements. Coordinate with workshop technicians and ensure timely vehicle delivery. Communicate cost estimates, service timelines, and update customers regularly. Perform vehicle inspection and provide professional service recommendations. Manage service follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction & retention. Assist in warranty claims and maintain service documentation. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor (4-wheeler dealership preferred). Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills. Basic technical knowledge of automobiles. Proficiency in MS Office and DMS/CRM (Hyundai experience is an advantage). Must have a valid driving license. Education: Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical preferred. Candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
