Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team responsible for collections from various channels such as CV, 2 wheeler & 3 wheeler loan customers. Oversee collection management activities including recovery operations to minimize delinquency rates. Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce write-offs. Ensure effective leadership skills to motivate teams towards achieving targets. Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 6-10 years of experience in banking industry with expertise in collections (CV Collection). Strong understanding of Team Handling, Leadership Skills, and Recovery processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
