Job description URGENT HIRING Floor Manager - Dhanbad Bihari Lal Choudhary Impex Private Limited, a leading fashion retail brand in Jharkhand with 12 stores across the state, is urgently hiring a Floor Manager for Dhanbad.Job Overview :We are looking for passionate and experienced candidates for the role of Floor Manager to lead the operations of our clothing retail outlet. The candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and efficiently managing staff and inventory.Key responsibilities:Sales and Customer service - Increase sales and achieve monthly targets Resolve customer issues Train staff in upselling and cross sellingTeam Management - Hire, train & evaluate sales staff Motivate staff to deliver better performanceStore Operations - Ensure timely opening and closing of the store Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness Monitor billing accuracy & proper usage of the POS systemInventory Control - Maintain optimal stock levels by coordinating with the management Conduct regular stock checks to avoid pilferage and stockouts Manage inward and outward flow of productsReporting and Coordination - Coordinate with head office for stock, promotions and staff Conduct stock checks to avoid overstocking and shortage of stockDesired candidate profile - EDUCATION: Graduate preffered EXPERIENCE: 3+ years in apparel retail ( as supervisor , team leader or any leadership role) Preference - PAST COMPANIES (V-mart, M Baazar, Style Baazar, Citi Style, Megashop, Fashion city, Cosmo Baazar etc )Skills : Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in retail operations or floor management Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities Problem solving ability and team motivation Salary: 16,000 - 20,000 per month (based on interview)Benefits & Incentives: PF & ESIC as per company policy Weekly off Attractive Standard fooding and lodging facilities for candidates Continuous skill development and career advancement support
