Job Description: Minimum material wastage and ensure effective utilization of material. 1) Procurement to Pay. 2) Sending the RFQs, collecting the offers, negotiation and release of orders. 3) Work with cross functional teams like Projects, Business to ensure on-time deliverables 4) Periodic progress monitoring and reporting to his management Co-ordinates offsite and onsite procurement activities for project. Establishes the procurement schedule as per Business/Project schedule. 5) Responsible for reporting weekly progress and represents SCM in Business meeting 6) Knowledge on PO terms & conditions to reduce Buyer's risk 7) Should estimate costing for Equipment. ponsibilities 8) Negotiation skills on Fact basis. 9) Vendor identification, evaluation & development 10) Good hold on transportation part 11) Regular review of order fulfilment activities and ensure On-time deliveries. 12) Knowledge in logistic and Custom clearances 13) Knowledge of inventory management 14) Good hands on 55 15) ARCS, AMCS & SLA
