Digital Marketing Specialist - App Growth (Meta & Google)

We’re hiring anexperienced, performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialistto scaleapp installs and in-app purchases (IAP)forShuru App.Your core mission:drive high-quality users at the lowest CPI and maximize ROASusingMeta & Google Ads. This role is ideal for someone who understandsfull-funnel app growth—from install to purchase—and can take complete ownership of paid acquisition and optimization.Key Responsibilities:Plan, build, and executeapp install & in-app purchase campaignsacrossMeta (Facebook & Instagram)andGoogle (UAC, Search, Display, YouTube) Optimize campaigns to reduce CPI, CPAandincrease ROAS & LTV Drive scalable growth for app installs, registrations, and in-app purchases Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across channels Set up and analyze funnels using Firebase, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer/Adjust (or similar) Track and report key metrics: installs, retention, conversions, ROAS, cohorts Run A/B testson creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing flows Executeretargeting & re-engagement campaignsto improve repeat purchases Collaborate withproduct, content, and design teamsfor high-performing ad creatives Monitor competitors, ad trends, and platform updates to stay ahead Support SEO, push notifications, WhatsApp, and email marketing initiatives when neededRequirements:2–5 yearsof hands-on experience inperformance marketing Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Adsforapp installs and IAP Proven experience optimizing CPI, CPA, and ROAS Working knowledge of Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Experience with app attribution tools(AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.) Solid understanding ofaudience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization Comfortable with data analysis, Excel/Sheets, and reporting Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently Experience in e-commerce or high-growth app startupsis a big plusWhat You’ll Love:Be part of aVC-backed startup with 30M+ installs Founders who have previously scaled apps to100M+ installs Direct ownership ofapp growth & revenue impact Fast-paced environment withhigh learning & decision-making freedom Collaborative team culture with real growth opportunitiesHow to Apply:Send us: Yourresume A portfolio or brief summary of past app campaigns(CPI, ROAS, scale achieved) Let’s grow Shuru App—faster, smarter, and profitably.
