The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and managing social media strategies, creating engaging content tailored for social media platforms, optimizing social media posts for performance, and analyzing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Create engaging posts, reels, stories and shortform videos. Plan and execute content calenders for launches and campaigns. Building a strong social media community by actively interacting with followers, monitoring trends, and implementing best practices to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Run and optimize boosted and paid ads, track performance and share regular reports, Maintain brand asthetics and tone across platforms, Increase reach, engagement and followers through organic and paid strategies. Reach out to influencers,creators,and celebrities for collaborations and brand partnership.Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) in fashion/ e-commerce to drive engagement and enhance online presence. Knowledge of boosting, paid ads and growth strategies. Skills in graphic design Video editing skills for reels and short-form content. Strong sense of fashion sense and visual storytelling. Strong Communication skills, including the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences and handling influencer and collaboration outreach. Experience in Content Strategy and Writing to create engaging and audience-appropriate content for social media platforms. Solid understanding of social media analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns. Familiarity with social media tools and platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools, is a plus.
