The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, develop and implement human resource policies, and manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment. Additional responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, organizing training programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and serving as a key point of contact for employee queries. The HR Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent.Qualifications . Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive workplace. Experience in performance evaluations, skill development, and training program design. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with teams, and adapt to dynamic environments. While not mandatory, experience in the retail or convenience store industry is advantageous.
