About the Product – T-Cops T-Cops is a Finance Locker – India's leading digital EMI recovery solution designed to safeguard mobile handset financing. We simplify collections and reduce defaults through smart locking systems integrated with smartphones. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage and grow territory sales through retailer onboarding and partner engagement ● Develop channel relationships across mobile dealers, DSA, and NBFCs ● Ensure T-Cops product is well implemented and activated at store level ● Train retailers & partners on product usage, benefits, and EMI recovery process ● Monitor performance metrics and ensure monthly activation & revenue targets ● Handle escalations and ensure seamless support to partners ● Regular market visits, competitor analysis, and feedback reporting Requirements: ● 2-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Fintech, Telecom, or Mobile Sales ● Strong understanding of channel sales and dealer management ● Ability to meet sales targets and build strong partner relationships ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ● Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory ● Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred How to Apply: Send your updated CV to with the subject line: "Application for TSM – (Your Location)" Red Wolf Info Tech Pvt Ltd "Simplifying EMI Recovery.
