Job Description:
We are looking to hire a smart and proactiveDigital Sales & Marketing Executivewho can kickstart and manage ouronline sales strategy, focusing ondiscounted and promotional productsacross e-commerce platforms and our own website. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for deep-leveldigital advertising, includinginfluencer marketing, paid ads, and store-wise promotions. Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce & Online Sales: Develop and implement a sales plan for discounted items across online platforms. Launch and manage products on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and our company website. Work with internal teams to manage inventory, pricing, and product listings. Optimize website for conversions, offers, and customer engagement. Digital Marketing & Advertising: Create and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Plan and execute influencer collaborations to promote products. Handle geo-targeted advertising for specific store locations. Monitor and analyze ad performance and ROI regularly. Growth & Analytics: Report weekly on sales performance and campaign outcomes. Use customer insights and trends to improve digital strategies. Suggest and execute A/B testing for offers, creatives, and landing pages. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or online marketing. Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms. Knowledge of digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) Familiarity with influencer marketing and content strategies. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bonus Skills (Preferred, not mandatory): Knowledge of SEO/SEM. Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc. Graphic design basics or Canva.
