About Your RoleWe are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales & Business Development team. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential clients across US and Canadian markets through outbound channels including LinkedIn, cold emails, and databasesExecute structured outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers and key stakeholders in North AmericaQualify leads through discovery conversations, ensuring strong alignment with ICP and market fitManage end-to-end outbound prospecting efforts focused on North American regionsMaintain accurate prospect data, outreach activity, and pipeline tracking in CRM systemsSchedule and coordinate qualified meetings with senior sales leadersBuild and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-upsAnalyze outreach performance and optimize messaging, targeting, and conversion strategiesCollaborate with marketing and leadership teams to enhance North America-focused sales strategiesD. Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 4+ years of experience in B2B sales / SDR / business development rolesMandatory experience selling to US and Canadian markets from IndiaProven track record of outbound prospecting and pipeline generation in international marketsEssential technical skillsStrong outbound prospecting and lead qualification experienceExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExperience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain structured follow-upsData-driven mindset with strong pipeline management skillsPreferred but not mandatory Experience selling to North American or international marketsFamiliarity with sales automation and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Sales Navigator)Experience in professional services, consulting, financial advisory, or B2B services industries.E.
