We are building something meaningful, and we are looking for driven people to join us on this journey.About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Associate who loves talking to people and is passionate about helping them make the right decisions. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates exploring our programs. Your job is to understand what they need, walk them through the right program fit, address their concerns, and help them take the next step. This is not about hard selling. It is about having genuine conversations that lead to the right outcomes for both the candidate and gradnext.What You'll DoConnect with inbound leads (via calls, WhatsApp, email, and DMs) and have meaningful conversations about their goals, challenges, and aspirations.Understand each candidate's profile and recommend the most suitable program, whether that is one-on-one consulting, a cohort, or a self-paced offering.Walk candidates through program details, outcomes, pricing, and next steps in a clear and approachable manner.Follow up consistently and thoughtfully with prospects at different stages of the decision-making journey without being pushy.Maintain accurate records of all conversations, lead status, and follow-ups.Hit and exceed monthly conversion targets while keeping the candidate experience top-notch.Share candidate feedback and common objections with the team to help improve our offerings and messaging.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and alignment on campaign messaging.Who You Are1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, counselling, or customer-facing role. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.You are a natural conversationalist. You listen well, ask the right questions, and know how to build trust quickly.Comfortable working with targets and motivated by results, but you lead with empathy, not pressure.Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, WhatsApp Business, or similar platforms (or willing to learn fast).Organized and consistent with follow-ups. You don't let warm leads go cold.Interested in education, career development, or the upskilling space is a bonus.Fluent in English and Hindi.
