We help guests find curated, high-quality stays for vacations, workations, medical visits and mid-term stays across India.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive bookings and revenue across our homestay, villa and service apartment portfolio. This is a target-driven, consultative B2C sales role with a strong focus on inbound leads via WhatsApp, calls and digital channels.Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound leads and enquiries within defined response time SLAs. - Understand guest requirements (dates, budget, group size, privacy level, purpose of stay, amenities) and recommend suitable options. - Curate and share well-structured proposals for homestays, villas and service apartments. - Coordinate with hosts and internal teams to confirm availability, negotiate where required and close bookings. - Maintain ongoing relationships with guests to drive repeat and referral business. - Update CRM / tracking tools with accurate lead, pipeline and booking data; share daily/weekly reports on performance.Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales in travel, hospitality, homestays/villas, serviced apartments, co-living or residential real estate. - Proven track record of working with sales/booking targets. - Strong communication and consultative selling skills; fluent in English and Hindi. - Comfortable selling over WhatsApp and phone, with disciplined follow-up and documentation. - High ownership, customer orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. - Graduate in any discipline; hospitality/travel/tourism/business background preferred.Work Model & Compensation- Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid (remote + on-ground meetings/site visits as required). - Training: Structured 2-month training on product, process and systems. - Compensation: Competitive fixed salary with performance-linked incentives and bonuses as per company policy. - Stay provided by the company during designated on-site assignments, where applicable.
