The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing front office interactions, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and memorable stay experience. The role involves coordinating with various departments to meet guest expectations, addressing concerns promptly, and upholding the brand’s high standards of hospitality and professionalism. Creating a warm, personalized, and efficient guest experience will be central to this role.QualificationsGuest Relations and Front Office Skills: Ability to manage guest interactions, ensure smooth front desk operations, and deliver a high level of service.Communication and Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with guests professionally, handle feedback gracefully, and resolve concerns effectively.Professional demeanor with a polished and presentable personality.Basic proficiency in hotel management systems and standard office tools.Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred.
