Key Responsibilities Teaching & Curriculum Development Deliver impactful lectures and workshops on: Branding Strategies & Story Boarding Advertising Concepts & Campaign Management Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Ideation & Creative Concept Development Digital Marketing & Content Creation Project Management in Advertising & Branding Develop and update curriculum aligned with emerging industry trends and tools. Design experiential learning modules, case studies, and live projects to enhance student engagement. Research & Knowledge Contribution Conduct academic and applied research in branding, storytelling & story boarding, and innovative advertising. Publish research papers in reputed journals and contribute to academic excellence. Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and case competitions. Industry Integration & Mentorship Collaborate with leading advertising agencies, branding firms, and corporates to bring real-world exposure to students. Facilitate live industry projects, internships, and brand-building exercises . Mentor students in developing creative portfolios, campaign strategies, and innovative branding solutions. Institutional Contribution Support departmental and institutional initiatives to strengthen academic programs. Participate in faculty development programs, workshops, and conferences. Serve on academic committees and contribute to university-wide projects. Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualification: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Advertising, Branding, Marketing, or related discipline from a reputed institution. Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of academic and/or industry experience in branding, advertising, storytelling, and marketing communications. Exposure to story boarding, project management, ideation frameworks, and creative content strategy is highly desirable. Prior teaching experience at reputed universities or B-schools preferred. Skills & Competencies: Expertise in storytelling /story boarding techniques , brand narratives, and consumer engagement. Strong ideation, problem-solving, and creative-thinking skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content strategy, and campaign analytics . Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
